If we had to sum up what differentiates the Bridge Team, it’s the notion that we are experts in navigating the world of resources – artfully utilizing research to maximize insights and make smart investments for every client.

Our principals’ experience spans more than 20 years of extensive consumer research, strategy development, and media plan implementation for a range of major brands. As we’ve partnered with over 300 ad agencies and marketers across the country, we bring an array of skill sets to the table – including strategic expertise in both offline and online media. Far more in-depth than traditional media experience, the Bridge Team has worked as consultants educating major advertisers and agencies on interpreting and applying qualitative and quantitative data.

Carrie Stein

Co-CEO
Carrie is a 7th generation native Texan. Her career started at GSD&M in Austin working on various national accounts. After several years on the agency side of the business, she joined Arbitron (later acquired by Nielsen). There, she held senior level positions consulting with and training advertising agencies and marketers across the U.S. on advertising research and media solutions. It was at Arbitron that Carrie met Jenny Griffith and the wheels started turning to launch Bridge Insights & Media. Carrie focuses on business development, operations, and account and project management. As a mom of three boys, she is an expert at time management and stretching budgets.
Jenny has spent 20 years in the advertising industry. She started her career at Best Buy’s in-house advertising agency as a media buyer, then moved into a senior role in strategy at Fallon (Minneapolis) working on various national brands. Prior to starting Bridge Insights & Media, Jenny spent five years with Arbitron as an Agency Consultant working with over 200 different ad agencies on media research, data and buying software solutions. She was later selected to work with executive teams at the company’s largest 20 advertiser clients focusing on Scarborough’s consumer insights data. At Bridge, Jenny heads up strategy for all clients. She applies her industry knowledge and research tools to develop smart and effective solutions that balance impact and efficiency.

Jenn Heitzmann

Account Manager
At Bridge, Jenn assists with business operations and managing key clients and campaigns. Coordinating resources, both internal and external, to deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget is also a part of the role where she excels. Previously, she spent four years with Tourism and Events Queensland in Brisbane, Australia concepting and implementing global digital marketing campaigns and overseeing Queensland’s consumer eNews program. Real estate, engineering and journalism have also been significant parts of Jenn’s career, starting as a proposal coordinator and working her way up to marketing director for one of Houston’s leading real estate firms. She is a native Austinite and mom of three (almost) teenagers, so she has earned her stripes in multi-tasking, decision-making and eye-rolling to name a few.

Andrea Grajeda

Account Manager
Andrea is a results-driven marketing professional with over 4 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, and project management. At Bridge, Andrea works closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, developing and executing campaigns that exceed expectations and drive results. Her attention to detail, strategic mindset, and commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor and a valued partner to her clients. When she’s not working, Andrea enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.

Staci Brindle

Account Support Specialist
For over 15 years, Staci has followed her passion for creating balance and connection through a career in marketing. She started her career working at a variety of Austin institutions, crafting websites and marketing deliverables in the non-profit and culinary-focused industries. For four years Staci managed projects and data for Whole Foods Market. Prior to joining the Bridge team, she spent time at a digital marketing agency, building marketing strategy and overseeing operations. Wherever her career has taken her she always brings a passion for deep listening, a desire to spark innovation, and an affinity for creating balance for the teams she works with. At Bridge, Staci supports the team with post-media buy auditing and reporting.

Brent Stein

HR Director
Brent supports the Bridge Team as the Human Resources Director and Team Builder. He focuses on developing individual capabilities that help build a cohesive team who constantly strive to achieve more. He brings 20+ years of experience from the corporate world where he recruited, managed, and motivated teams of various sizes to exceed their own expectations. In his free time, Brent coaches marathon runners and serves as president of the board of a local non-profit running club.

Natalie Cox

Project Manager
Natalie has 15+ years of experience in retail marketing. As a seasoned account specialist, she’s project-managed turnkey campaigns from concept and production through to final delivery, while staying on-time and on-budget. At Bridge, Natalie manages the media post-buy auditing process, where she applies her competencies to drive results, focus on attention to details, and juggle multiple priorities to achieve and exceed the client and company’s expectations.

Amy Labarge

Media Operations Specialist
While Amy is new to the advertising world, she has 10+ years of experience in finance, research, and auditing. In her role at Bridge, she supports the team by assisting with the media post-buy auditing process through collecting and cataloguing campaign results and communicating with vendors to obtain essential details. As a mom of two teenagers, she has mastered the art of expert organization, problem-solving, and patience!

Bianca Angoori

Account Support Specialist
At Bridge, Bianca supports the team by assisting with the media post-buy auditing process through collecting and cataloguing campaign results and communicating with vendors to obtain essential details. She began her advertising career at a local news station in 2017. From there her passion for the industry led her to the agency side, where she specialized in podcast and YouTube promotions to amplify top consumer brands. Bianca thrives on blending creativity and analytics to transform data into actionable insights to deliver impactful campaigns and elevate client success. In her free time Bianca immerses herself in nature through invigorating hikes, finds solace in strumming her guitar, and cherishes quality time spent with family and friends.
